Previously, Andy Cowper has been the editor of the British Journal of Healthcare Management since February 2000, and he launched its redesign in April 2007.
His journalism also appears in Health Service Journal (HSJ), Pharma Times, The Guardian’s magazine Public, The Observer and Health Management (the Institute of Healthcare Management’s magazine). He is also a commentator on health management issues for broadcasters including BBC radio and television. Andy also edited Health Director magazine between 2003 and 2004.
He has written and edited reports and other work for a range of clients including the NHS Alliance, the Health Foundation, the Integrated Service Improvement Programme, the National Primary Care Development Team, the Sainsburys Centre for Mental Health and the National Association of Primary and Care Trusts.
